Rouse Properties Rebranding Studies

Rouse Properties, a large real estate company, sought to develop a distinctive brand presence for a major industry event.

The goal was to move away from the image-heavy visuals typical of real estate marketing and instead focus on bold colors, vivid gradients, and a prominent “RP” logomark.

The original brand palette of orange and gray was expanded with energetic shades of hot pink and electric blue, blended through gradients and layered transparencies.

The result was a dynamic, contemporary visual system that captured attention and conveyed confidence.
