Architectural Competition Submission Design

This was a submission for an architectural competition in NYC focused on converting office buildings into residential and mixed-use spaces. I contributed to the concept and overall vision for the building design. The core idea was to retain the existing structural framework while allowing the facade and floor plans to be redeveloped in phases by different architect–developer teams. I handled the layout, renderings, and all supporting illustrations for the submission.
